Aluminium Alloy Plates 6061 is available to the client in good quality and at reasonable market price.
Aluminium Alloy Plates 6061 is available in 6mm to 200 mm.
Aluminium Alloy Plates is a heat-treatable grade widely used in structural applications. The alloy has good corrosion resistance and welds ability and possesses good formability in certain Tempers.
Aluminium Alloy Plates 6061 is used in structural areas where both strength and corrosion resistance is required, truck bodies and frames, and towers.
Aluminium Alloy Plates 6082(T651) is manufactured under the following sizes and specifications. Also the material shall be supplied correctly as per your required size and specification, your detailed technical data/drawing for those items with valued enquires.
Alloy 6082 is available from 6mm to 200mm.
Aluminium alloy 6082 is a medium strength alloy with excellent corrosion resistance. It has the highest strength of the 6000 series alloys. Alloy 6082 is known as a structural alloy. In plate form, Aluminium alloy 6082 is the alloy most commonly used for machining. As a relatively new alloy, the higher strength of Aluminium alloy 6082 has seen it replace 6061 in many applications. The addition of a large amount of manganese controls the grain structure which in turn results in a stronger alloy. In the T6 and T651 temper, Aluminium alloy 6082 machines well and produce tight coils of swarf when chip breakers are used.
Aluminium alloy 6082 is typically used in High stress applications, Trusses, Bridges, Cranes, Transport applications, Ore skips, Beer barrels and Milk churns.
Aluminium Alloy Sheet 5052 is made to internationally recognized standards such as AA, EN and JIS and is made available to the client at reasonable market price.
Aluminium Alloy Plates 5052 is available from 10mm to 200mm or available size
Aluminium Alloy Plates 5052 is one of the higher strength non-heat-treatable alloys. It has a high fatigue strength and excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in marine atmospheres. The formability of the grade is excellent and in the annealed condition it offers higher strengths than 1100 or 3003 grades. One of the most popular alloys.
Aluminium Alloy Plates 5052 is often used in high strength sheet metal work, marine components, appliances, fuel and oil tubing, signs, trucks bodies and electrical cabinets.

Principal Design Features
This is a non-heat treatable alloy for strengthening. It has very good corrosion resistance, is easily welded and does have good strength.
Commonly used in the manufacture of unfired, welded pressure vessels, marine, auto aircraft cryogenics, drilling rigs, TV towers, transportation equipment, and in missile components.
Aluminium Alloy Plate 2024 This is the most common of the high-strength alloys. Aircraft quality, Aluminium Alloy Plate 2024 is thought of as the aircraft alloy because of its strength. It has excellent fatigue resistance. Welding is generally not recommended. Typical uses for 2024-T3 alclad Aluminium Alloy Plate are aircraft skins, cowls, aircraft structures, and also for RV repair and restoration like Airstreams because of it's shiny finish (2024T3 alclad)
Aluminium alloy 5251 is a medium strength alloy possessing good ductility and therefore good formability. Alloy 5251 is known for work hardening rapidly and is readily weldable. It also possesses high corrosion resistance particularly in marine environments.
5251 is typically used in:
~ Panelling and pressings
~ Marine structures
~ Aircraft parts
~ Vehicle panels
~ Furniture tubing
Mechanical Properties shown are for H24 condition - Mechanical properties for other tempers are shown on page 2.
Alloy 5251 also confirms to:
Al 2.0Mg 0.3Mn
The most common tempers for 5252 aluminium are:
Aluminium Alloy Plates 1050 '0' (Soft) is a popular grade of aluminium for general sheet metal work where moderate strength is required.
Aluminium Alloy Plates 1050 '0' (Soft) is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, high ductility and highly reflective finish.
Applications - Aluminium Alloy Plates 1050 '0' (Soft) is typically used for:
Chemical process plant equipment
Food industry containers
Aluminium Alloy Plates 1050 '0' (Soft) also corresponds to the following standard designations and specifications:
The most common tempers for 1050 aluminium are:
Plain plates with a PVC coating on one side
Stucco plates with a PVC coating on one side
When welding 1050 to itself or an alloy from the same subgroup the recommended filler wire is 1100. For welding to alloys 5083 and 5086 or alloys from the 7XXX series, the recommend wire is 5356. For other alloys use 4043 filler wire.
Aluminium 5083 is known for exceptional performance in extreme environments. 5083 is highly resistant to attack by both seawater and industrial chemical environments.
Alloy 5083 also retains exceptional strength after welding. It has the highest strength of the non-heat treatable alloys but is not recommended for use in temperatures in excess of 65°C.
Alloy 5083 is typically used in:
