Titanium Fasteners produced in our factory are from either alloy grades or commercially pure grades i.e. grade 1 or grade 2. Both grade 1 & grade 2 metric titanium fasteners are not alloyed and contains about 99% titanium. Further both these grades  titanium nuts are considered to be a workhorse in the fastener industry.

Ideally speaking, fasteners such as titanium cap screws are able to offer very good resistance to  corrosion, especially in environments which contain a lot of salt water and brine. Hence, these titanium nuts are used in marine environments as well as in it is used in desalination plants. In addition to that, the black titanium bolts tend to also be extremely resistant to other chemicals including compounds which contain chlorides as well as acid solutions and reducing acids.
